Defragging

your computer is to defragment your computer hard drive. All
you need to do is go to the start menu, click on programs,

you click on this the defragmentation process will

You can still use the computer
while the defragmentation is going on the system but it will
be very slow. It will take a few hours, so it could be good
idea to start this process after you have finished using

Spyware may be one of the main
reasons that your computer is running slowly. Worst of all

directed to unwanted websites, and your computer is
